Integrity Bookkeeping Services is a sole proprietorship located in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, owned and operated by Holly Young. Holly was born and raised the the K-W area then lived in southern Alberta for nine years before returning to live in Kitchener in 1999.

So how did she get into bookkeeping? She stumbled into it when the treasurer at their church moved away and no one else in the church knew how to take care of the accounting. Holly was posed with the question, “how good are you at math”?

That kick-started her on a new journey of discovery. Over the past ten years Holly has managed the finances for two churches and two charitable organizations and discovered that she loves it!

Through her experience, she has found that often small charitable organizations may not be able to afford to hire a professional to care for their finances which means someone within their organization volunteers to maintain the books. They may not have appropriate experience and therefore struggle to be certain that the accounting is handled appropriately.
